Richard Dole, Chairman, CEO and President

Mr. Dole is the Chairman of the Board, CEO and President of the Company, and has served as a Director of the Company since 2005. He served as Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2005 until his election as CEO in early September 2008.  Mr. Dole also served as Chairman, President and CEO of Petrosearch Energy Corporation from 2004 until August 2009, when Petrosearch merged with the Company.  He also previously served Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Burlington Resources International, and as a Director, a member of the Audit Committee and a designated financial expert of Westport Resources Corporation until Westport was merged into Kerr McGee Corp in 2004. Mr. Dole was with PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) where he served as Assurance and Business Advisory Partner for nearly 20 years. During that period he served in numerous senior management roles, including as National Chairman for the Energy and Natural Resources Industry practices for over 15 years and as the Vice Chairman for the U.S. Process Management business unit. He also was the National Partner-in-Charge of Business Process Solutions at KPMG. Mr. Dole has been in the energy and finance businesses for nearly 40 years. He has worked in most sectors of the energy industry including exploration, production, transportation and marketing both domestically and internationally

Kurtis S. Hooley, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hooley has served in differing capacities for the Company since 2004, including his prior position as the Director of Business Development and Financial Planning, as well as an external consultant for the implementation of internal controls. Prior to joining Double Eagle as the Director of Business Development and Financial Planning, Mr. Hooley served from 2003 to 2006 as the President of MKH Enterprises, a consulting firm primarily focused on the implementation of Sarbanes Oxley, internal control procedures and technical accounting pronouncements. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Hooley was the Managing Director of Hain Celestial Canada, the parent company of Vancouver-based Yves Veggie Cuisine, a manufacturer and distributor of vegetarian alternative cuisine. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Hooley served as the Director of Finance for Celestial Seasonings. Prior to 1999, Mr. Hooley served in a number of accounting capacities with Arthur Andersen LLP, most recently as an Experience Audit Manager. Mr. Hooley is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Regis University

D. Steven Degenfelder, Senior Vice President of Exploration and New Ventures

Since joining the Company in February 1998, Mr. Degenfelder has been serving as Vice President of Land. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Association of Wyoming and is Chairman of the Natrona County Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Degenfelder served as Deputy Director of the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments from 1995 to 1997. From 1985 to 1995, he served as Vice President and Director of Tyrex Oil Company. Mr. Degenfelder held various land management positions with Paintbrush Petroleum Corporation from 1981 to 1985, and with Marathon Oil Company from 1979 to 1981. He received his degree in Business Administration from Texas Tech University in 1979. Mr. Degenfelder began his career in the oil and gas business as a roustabout in the oil fields of southeast New Mexico. He is a Certified Professional Landman, and a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen. Mr. Degenfelder is the former President of the Wyoming Association of Professional Landmen.

Aubrey Harper, Vice President, Eastern Washakie Midstream, LLC

Mr. Harper was appointed to the position of Vice President of Eastern Washakie Midstream LLC ("EWM"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, on April 15, 2008. Mr. Harper has over 30 years experience in the installation, development, commercialization and the operation of pipelines, gathering, transmission and distribution systems. Mr. Harper has worked for Willbros Midstream Services since 2002 serving in various capacities including General Manager. During this time, Mr. Harper was responsible for business unit financial performance, safety programs, business development, program management, budgeting and pipeline operations. Prior to working with Willbros Midstream Services, Mr. Harper worked with various midstream companies including Williams Communications Group and Williams Energy Services. Mr. Harper has specialized training in Code A-H2S, Department of Transportation pipeline regulations and project management. He also has certifications for HAZOP, Clock Spring and API 1104 Welding Inspector.

Ashley Jenkins, Vice President, Controller

Ms. Jenkins was appointed to the position of Vice President, Controller in January 2010, and has served as the Company’s Controller since 2008.  Prior to joining the company, from 2003 to 2008, Ms. Jenkins was employed in the audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, and focused on serving Energy clients.  Ms.  Jenkins is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University.

Clark Huffman, Ph.D., Director of Asset Development

Dr. Huffman joined Double Eagle in March 2010.  He specializes in reservoir characterization including completion design, production data evaluation and enhanced hydrocarbon recovery. Previous industry experience includes seven years in field operations and drilling where he was involved in all facets of operations from “spud to plug” domestically, off-shore, and internationally. Professional experience includes service with large integrated producers along with consulting as an independent and in association with consulting firms.  Dr. Huffman’s reservoir experience includes the Jonah, Pinedale, Jeppson Draw and Mesa Verde fields in Wyoming, Bakken in North Dakota and Montana and other fields in Utah, Colorado and Oklahoma.   Dr. Huffman received his PHD in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 2001.

Carol Osborne, Corporate Secretary

Ms. Osborne has served as the Secretary of the Company since January 1996 and previously served as the Assistant Secretary of the Company from December 1989 until January 1996. In addition, Ms. Osborne has served as the Company's Office Manager since 1981.

Emily Maron, Assistant Corporate Secretary

 Ms. Maron was appointed to the position of Assistant Corporate Secretary in January 2010, and continues to serve as the Company’s Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting, a position she’s held since 2008.  Prior to joining Double Eagle, Ms. Maron was employed for three years in the audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.  Ms. Maron is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
